Benioff essentially invented SaaS as we know it. This book is part memoir, part tactical manual for taking on incumbents. The marketing chapters alone are worth the cover price. The V2MOM framework -- Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, Measures -- is the thing I've returned to most. It's a one-page strategic plan that forces you to name your obstacles explicitly, which most frameworks deliberately avoid.
