Lyons (who wrote Disrupted) goes deeper into why tech companies treat workers like lab rats: agile, lean, open offices, unlimited PTO. Funny and angry in equal measure. The research is solid and the examples are specific enough to be uncomfortable. The chapter on how 'unlimited' holiday actually results in people taking less time off captures a particular kind of corporate doublespeak that deserves more scrutiny than it gets.
